The International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) is a nonprofit organization that provides mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution services worldwide. It was founded in 1960 by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with support from the United Nations, to help companies resolve international commercial disputes.

The ICDR's mission is to help parties resolve their international commercial disputes through alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The organization offers tailored services for businesses in sectors such as energy, construction, and engineering, chemicals, telecommunications, and technology. It also works with foreign governments on projects related to dispute resolution within the framework of international trade agreements.
