Shipping Policy

A Shipping Policy is a document that describes how you ship your products and what options are available for different types of shipments. It can also include information about the shipping cost and delivery times.

A Shipping Policy may be included in your Terms & Conditions or listed separately.

If you're just starting out, it's a good idea to write down your shipping policies before you begin selling your products. That way, you'll have all the necessary information ready when you need to send an order out the door.

Why Do I Need a Shipping Policy?

Your customers want to know how long it will take for their orders to arrive, how much they'll pay in shipping costs, and how they can track their packages. If you don't have these details readily available on your website or in your store policies, then you're likely to lose sales because people simply won't buy from you if they can't get the answers they need quickly and easily.
