Opt Out

Osman Husain Apr 9, 2023 3:18:00 PM

The opt-out is a process of opting out from a service or product. A consumer uses this feature when they do not want to be contacted by a company or organization. The consumer can remove themselves from the list of recipients for future correspondence or advertisements.

Opt-Out Process

The consumer must contact the company directly to express his/her desire to opt-out of future communications. The company will then remove their information from their database, ensuring that no additional mailings are sent. However, it is important to note that once an individual has opted out, he/she cannot be added back into the database without going through an opt-in process again. Therefore, every time a consumer wishes to rejoin the mailing list, they must perform another step in order to do so.
