Browser Fingerprinting is a form of online tracking which involves detecting and identifying the user's browser, operating system, and device.

In simple terms, browser fingerprinting is a technique used by advertisers to track your online activities without accessing your computer or phone.

As you may know, there are many kinds of cookies (small text files) that websites place on your computer to collect information about you while you browse the internet. These cookies can be used by advertisers to track your online activities without accessing your computer or phone.

However, this approach has its limitations because it only works if you use the same device to access the internet every time (e.g. laptop). Therefore, advertisers have created a new technology called browser fingerprinting which allows them to track users even when they use different devices.
